Two Birds Bakery is Megan Thomas & Trilety Wade. We prepare high quality, tasty baked goods in two styles; classic baked goods with locally sourced eggs and butter (when available), and vegan baked goods prepared exclusively with spelt flour and without dairy products or eggs. Ingredients: Classic baked goods use unbleached white flour, white/brown sugar, local eggs, whole milk, butter (locally sourced when available), cocoa, etc. Vegan baked goods use spelt flour, natural sweeteners such as maple syrup and agave nectar, flax seed, organic/vegan brown sugar, alternative milks, etc Gluten-Free baked goods are made with our own flour blend, which contains brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, and xanthem gum. Practices: We try and use locally grown/processed ingredients when available. This includes local eggs, butter, milk, honey and locally processed flax seeds.
